At Poopadoodle, we take pride in crafting high quality chilli oil with the perfect balance of heat, crisp, umami, and flavour in every jar. While we hope you love every drop, we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan.
Here’s everything you need to know about our returns and refunds process:
Damaged/Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or something's not quite right, please send us an email at itspoopadoodle@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. A couple of clear photos of the issue, your order number and a brief description will help speed things up. Our friendly team will review your claim and help process a refund (excluding shipping) or replacement ASAP.
Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our product, we’re unable to accept returns for opened items or change of mind purchases. Food safety comes first. Thanks for understanding.
Returned Item: In the event that a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, we’re unable to refund the shipping fee, as the delivery service was already completed.
