Why is it called Poopadoodle? 
Because we like to have fun with our food and with our name. The story goes that one of our co-founders (who, ironically, can’t handle much spice) had a memorable reaction after one too many spoonfuls of early test batches. The name Poopadoodle was born in that moment, and it stuck. It’s playful, a little ridiculous, and totally unforgettable - just like our chilli oil.
Is Poopadoodle vegan?
There is nothing in our Poopadoodle that poops, but eating it might help you poop 😉 
What ingredients are in Poopadoodle?
The main ingredients are chilli and Australian canola oil, mixed with loads and loads of fried garlic and eschalots for that signature crisp, followed by aromatics like fresh garlic, ginger, shallots, onions and spices including star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, szechuan peppercorns, seasoned with salt, sugar and a tiny sprinkle of MSG to bring together a delicious and fragrant Poopadoodle chilli oil. 
What do I eat Poopadoodle with?
Literally anything and everything! Pasta, rice, noodles, burgers, crackers, avo on toast, stir-fries, fried chicken, we've even tried it on ice cream! It is best as a condiment to enhance the flavours and add some spice to your life. If it's edible, it's eligible.
Can I cook with it?

Yes! You can use it to sauté, roast, or finish a dish, not so much a marinade, but whatever floats your boat. We recommend adding it at the end to preserve all that delicious crispiness.

How spicy is it?

We’ve got three levels of spice — Mild, Medium (Original), and Hot (Holy)— so there’s something for every heat lover. That said, even our Mild packs more punch than most. We like to think of Poopadoodle as a little spicier than your average chilli oil, with a slow-building heat that creeps up the more you eat. It’s bold, flavourful, and seriously addictive.

Where is it made?

Every jar of Poopadoodle is handmade in small batches in a commercial kitchen in Arncliffe, with lots of love and just the right amount of heat.

How do you store Poopadoodle?
Store it in a cool, dry place. Once opened, chances are it'll be gone in one sitting, digested and ready for the next jar. But if you're not quite that game, it's best to keep it refrigerated. The best part? Our signature crispy garlic and eschalots will stay perfectly crispy.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
Only if you wanted to add more jars to your order. Just kidding! If you want to change your order please complete our enquiry form on the website or send us an email at itspoopdoodle@gmail.com with your order details ASAP and we will try our best to help. 
Can I get Poopadoodle outside of Australia?
As much as we’d love to unleash Poopadoodle on the world right now, a proper flavour takeover takes careful planning. When the time is right, we’ll be popping up everywhere, ready to bring bold flavour, a little heat, and a whole lot of joy to tables far and wide.
What payments methods do you accept?
Unfortunately our carrier pigeon isn't well trained on bringing cash back to us but Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are well seasoned on delivering secure payment.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate shipping of $8.95 across Australia, but shipping is on us for orders over $75.
